Cathal Young is a Dublin based Notary Public and Solicitor.  He graduated from University College Dublin in 1999 with a Bachelor in Business and Legal Studies (B.B.L.S.) before obtaining a Diploma in Web Design Programming in Dublin Business School and a Diploma in Commercial Property Law in the Law Society of Ireland. Cathal qualified as a solicitor in 2004 and was admitted to the Roll of Solicitors in 2005. 

He was appointed a Notary Public by Chief Justice of Ireland (the President of the Supreme Court of Ireland).  He was registered Notary Public for the City and County of Dublin (including the administrative areas Dun Laoghaire-Rathdown, South Dublin and Fingal), Wicklow, Kildare and Meath.

His offices are location at 1-2 Lower Leeson Street, Dublin 2, Ireland  (the corner of Leeson Street and Earlsfort Terrace).  The building is at the corner of St. Stephen's Green and convenient to most locations in the City Centre.
